Post seven sleep

I’ve been using the glasses for the last few months now and they’ve honestly become part of my nightly routine. I tend to use my phone and laptop a lot before bed, and I’ve noticed I wind down a lot easier when I use the glasses as compared to when I don’t. The frames are super comfortable and lightweight too, so it doesn’t even feel like an effort to wear them. Overall, 10/10 experience!

I’ve always struggled with sleeping early or waking up early. Call it witchcraft or magic but these glasses work. I’m yawning and in bed usually by 10 pm because I put these on around 7:15 after gym. Genuinely so happy Post Seven could help me with my terrible pattern. I owe these guys one.
