At Post Seven, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below to understand your eligibility and the return process

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The product is materially different from what was described on our website

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, inserts, and protective materials must be included
  • Proof of purchase and order details must be provided

Post Seven reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that show signs of use, wear, scratches, or damage not caused during transit
  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions, unless received defective or damaged
  • Opened or used accessories

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may decline returns that do not meet quality inspection standards.

3. Return Process

Once your request is received:

  • Our team will review the details and confirm eligibility
  • If approved, return instructions will be shared
  • The product will be inspected upon receipt

Post Seven reserves the right to make the final determination on return approval after inspection.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after inspection approval
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Original shipping charges are refundable only in cases of incorrect delivery or transit damage

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

5. Replacements

If you request a replacement:

  • A replacement product will be dispatched only after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected
  • Replacement is subject to product availability
  • If the product is out of stock, a refund may be issued instead

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product was delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged, Post Seven will bear the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to customer error or preference change, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of verified product defect or fulfilment error
